The Social Workers of the CTC have developed a fund, “Stepping Stones,” to help post-transplant patients who are struggling with various expenses. Our kick off fundraising events will be held at the holiday party. We invite you to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win wonderful prizes! Beautiful beaded bookmarks will also be available – perfect for all of the book lovers on your holiday shopping list! 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Stepping Stones. Stop by our table at the party!!
We will also be working on developing a CTC cookbook, with all of the proceeds going to Stepping Stones. We need your participation!
