The Johns Hopkins Hospital is committed to providing you and your loved ones a respectful and positive experience. 

All of us are here to listen and help address any concerns that you may have. Our goal is to ensure you and your family are provided with safe, high quality and compassionate care and service.

If we are not meeting your expectations, please discuss your concerns with the team or a manager where you are receiving your care. If your concerns remain unresolved, please contact Patient Relations and we will step in to help.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

For urgent issues after hours and on weekends, please contact The Johns Hopkins Hospital Operator and ask for the Administrator on Call at 410-955-5000.

How to Share Your Feedback

We encourage you to discuss your feedback with your caregivers in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible. However, if your concerns have not been addressed adequately we also would like to hear from you:
