Nia D. Banks, M.D., Ph.D.
Chief Resident, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
After finishing college at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Nia Banks came from her home in North Carolina to attend medical school in Baltimore in 1995. She completed the M.D./Ph.D. program at Johns Hopkins and stayed on as a resident in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha and Phi Beta Kappa honor societies.
Special Interests:
Her special interests are in aesthetic surgery, craniofacial reconstruction and tissue transplantation.
