Our Mission
Our mission is to provide an educational environment whereby the Certified Surgical Physician Assistant is trained in the highest level of patient care.
Training will be provided in clinics, on the surgical floors, and in the operating room and will involve pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. In an academic environment, the residents will be exposed to basic and advanced surgical training concepts and techniques. Under appropriate supervision the resident will gain the confidence and experience necessary to practice in a wide variety of surgical specialities in academic and private settings.
