Cardiac Rehab

Cardiac rehab is a clinically monitored and supervised program that is individualized to your medical history, experience with exercise and goals for cardiac health. Education is provided on exercise and physical activity, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, heart healthy nutrition, weight management, smoking cessation and stress management. Our team of health professionals is dedicated to improving your quality of life.

Why Suburban?

Suburban Hospital Cardiac Rehab has been in existence for over 35 years and is a certified program thru the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. We operate Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. till 6:15 p.m. Our facility has a wide range of exercise equipment, full locker rooms and multidiscipline staff to address all your needs in the management of your cardiac health.
