Our Interview Process

Submitting an Application Online

  • After completing an online application, you will receive an email response confirming receipt. If you do not receive this automatic response, it is a good indicator that your application was not properly submitted.
  • A recruiter will review your application and determine if you meet the position’s appropriate qualifications.
  • If you meet the position’s necessary qualifications, a recruiter will call to conduct a phone screen and/or schedule on onsite interview. See our interview tips.

Make sure that you make a note of the recruiter’s name, phone number, and interview day and time if you need to call back to reschedule.

What to Expect at Your Interview

  • You will be asked to complete an application as well as provide a short impromptu writing sample.
  • The formal interview process varies. It will always include meeting with a recruiter and can include a meeting with the hiring manager, peers, or other staff members. You may also be asked to return to participate in a shadow day or a panel interview. Your recruiter will guide you through the process for your specific area of interest.
  • Be prepared to spend at least two hours to complete the interview process.
  • Your recruiter should give you a timeframe in which you can expect to receive an update and/or a decision regarding an offer.
  • Some nursing positions require assessment testing.

Applicants will be required to take an assessment, which should take about 40 minutes to complete. Applicants will not move to the next phase until this assessment has been completed.
