Transcripts

Residency Planning: Transcripts

• Transcripts for Residency applications will be requested by the Office of Student Affairs. Only one official transcript will be sent to the application services.
  
• Students may request and send unofficial copies (Student Grade Reports) earlier.
  
• For ERAS, transcripts will begin to be uploaded into system in mid-September. All transcripts will be uploaded by 10/22/10.
  
• Students are responsible for verifying that all grades they wish to appear on the transcript have been recorded.
  
• Students must notify our office to hold transcripts if awaiting an important grade (e.g. sub-internship).
