Student Cap, Gown and Hood Order Form

Students who plan to attend either graduation ceremony must order regalia.  Complete the order form below and your order will be submitted to the Registrar's Office for processing.

If you are a medical student, the fee for the regalia was charged to your student account in early January 2010.

If you are a graduate student, the fee for the regalia will be charged to your student account once you place your cap/gown order.

Fees can be paid online at:  https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf/.

Rental charges are as follows:

Master's Candidates  = $60.00 (black gown, black mortarboard cap and hood)
M.D. and Ph.D. Candidates  = $85.00  (gold JHU gown, black tam and hood)

A Note About Caps:

1 - Master's candidates:  Caps are fitted with elastic to be able to fit everyone and are yours to keep.  Enter a zero for cap size in the form below.

2 - Doctoral candidates:  Be sure to measure your head for the proper cap size.  A measuring tape can be found on this site.
