Elizabeth A. Hunt, MD, MPH, “Betsy”, was recently named the first Director of the Johns Hopkins Simulation Center. She graduated AOA from Albany Medical College in 1995. This was followed by a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and a Pediatric Chief Residency at Duke University. She is currently an Attending Pediatric Intensivist in the Johns Hopkins Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. Dru Holehan, BS
Academic Program Manager
Dru Holehan has twelve years experience as an integral member of the Johns Hopkins administrative staff. During her tenure she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of several innovative and exciting programs, the most recent of which is the state of the art Johns Hopkins Medicine Simulation Center. As Academic Program Manager, Ms. Holehan is responsible for much of the day-to-day operations of the Center including, but not limited to staffing, promotion, acquisition of high-fidelity medical training equipment, and fulfilling Johns Hopkins' commitment to education, research, and patient safety.

Craig Bowen, Ph.D., M.B.A.

Dr. Bowen has 20 years experience in science education through his involvement in developing nationally standardized chemistry exams, creating new means of measuring student learning and serving as external program evaluator for various grant-funded science curriculum projects.

Rose Zaeske, BFA
Standardized Patient Academic Program Manager
Rose Zaeske is a specialist in the field of standardized patient educators, with more than 8 years experience in the use and development of standardized patient methodology, and more than 5 years experience running and maintaining a high quality Male and Female Genito-urinary Teaching Associate Program that has grown rapidly and currently meets the needs of numerous institutions in the region (medical, nursing and osteopathic schools, PA programs, & residency programs). Ms. Zaeske is also experienced in developing and maintaining a Physical Exam Teaching Associate (PETA) program. She collaborates on project and case development and recruits, trains and manages the standardized patient and teaching associate programs.
