We invite you to contact our patient advocate to share your patient experience. Whether it’s good or bad, a complaint or a compliment, we invite you to tell us in your own voice about your experience at Sibley.

Why should I share my experience?

Our goal is to provide exceptional experiences for patients and their families. It's important for us to know how we are doing.

How do I share my story?

  • By phone: Call 202-537-4267. Your message can be anonymous or you may leave your contact information and you will receive a response within two business days.
  • Online: Visit our contact page and complete the contact form and provide your story in the message box. Next to the “Concerning” label, be sure to select “Patient Advocate Issue” from the drop-down menu. Click submit and your message will be emailed directly to the patient advocate.
