Definition:
Maryland Health and Higher Education Facilities Authority - MHHEFA owns the parking facilities located on the Johns Hopkins East Baltimore Medical Campus. Broadway Services, Inc. operates the facilities under contract with MHHEFA.

The Greeting Policy refers to the cashier/attendants responsibility to greet customer and employees that enter the parking facility.

Purpose:
To establish a positive relation between customers, employees and parking staff.

Procedure:
A Cashier/Attendant is posted at the entry lanes every morning between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. or as directed by management, to greet the customers as they enter the facility.

After the greeting of "Good Morning", the cashier/attendant assist the customer (if needed) with swiping of card keys, pulling tickets and giving directions.

Management reserves the right to suspend the greeting policy during inclement weather (snow, rain, etc.).

Exit Announcement

Every time a customer exits the facility, the cashier advises the customer/employee to "Buckle your seatbelt and lock your doors."
