PHOTO ID's

PLEASE NOTE:

• NON-PHOTO IDENTIFICATION BADGES - As of July 1, 1994, this office will no longer issue Non-Photo Identification Badges of any type, excluding cases of religious beliefs that restrict having an individual's picture taken.

• For security purposes, the Photo ID Office reserves the right to
  re-take an individual's ID photograph if:
  .
   - the photograph is four (4) years old or older
   - there is a substantial change in physical appearance
  .
  The photo re-take fee will be waived in these circumstances.
