17th Annual SEECMO

Conference 2007

This conference will provide physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, perfusionists and advanced practice professionals the opportunity to update their knowledge and skills in the field of Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO). The course format includes comprehensive didactic sessions, interactive hands-on workshops, and many occasions to collaborate with colleagues within the ECMO community.

During this conference, you will:

  1. Acquire and practice skills for handling ECMO emergencies.
  2. Acquire and practice skills using a simulation training lab.
  3. Explore concepts of cardiac support in children.
  4. Have multiple options for in-depth exploration of current advances and trends in ECMO.
  5. Acquire knowledge of situation management through past experiences of others.
  6. Dialog and network with colleagues about trends and controversies in ECMO.
