Geetanjali Chander Lab

  • Work in the Geetanjali Chander Lab focuses primarily on alcohol and drug use among persons with HIV infection. We examine topics such as mental health; screening, intervention and referral to treatment; and alcohol and substance misuse, all in the context of HIV-positive persons. Recent research has explored use of information and communication technology among smokers with HIV, as well as alcohol consumption rates of HIV-infected women, and how such factors impact behavioral interventions and therapy.
