There are several learning sessions for the states, hospitals, and units to become engaged in the project, begin implementing the CUSP methods, as well as learn from others that are further along in the project. These sessions begin with a series of 6 introductory calls called immersion calls. 

One month after completing the immersion calls, units will begin participating in monthly content and coaching calls. Audio and visual downloads are posted for both immersion and content calls so that states and units may access the learning tools even after the call has taken place. Audio and visual downloads are not posted for the coaching calls.

The forum for the coaching calls is more informal in tone in order to provide an opportunity to learn from peers and offer an opportunity to ask questions about data completion and submission concerns as they arise.
