Su joined QSRG in 2009 during her second year of MHA program in Health Finance and Management as an administrative resident. 

Su assisted in several grants submissions which are currently being funded. She is responsible for developing the cost proposal and completes the required forms for NIH grants and various foundation contracts.

Furthermore, she acts as a liaison between sponsors and researchers for contract negotiation and management. She also monitors all expenditures for each grant, including salaries, and reports to Principal Investigators on a regularly basis.

In addition, she assists with invoicing, progress reports, close-out of grants, and various other finance-related activities.
