
Bickey Chang is a Senior Research Program Coordinator in the Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality. She works primarily on the development and implementation of the Cardiovascular Surgical Translational Study. Her interests include understanding the interplay between safety culture and communication that influence patient outcomes and bridging the gaps between management, research, and clinical operations to improve healthcare quality and patient safety.
Bickey is currently a Master of Health Administration candidate in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She received her double degree of Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Public Health from National Taiwan University.
