Inpatient Treatment

Intensive Treatment Unit (ITU)an eight-bed unit that provides medically-supervised detoxification.

Motivated Behaviors Unit (MBU) - an eight-bed unit which specializes in the treatment of patients with both substance use and other psychiatric disorders.

Outpatient Services

Broadway Center for Addiction - offers comprehensive treatment services (medical, psychiatric, social services and family needs) for persons in the community experiencing acute or chronic substance use disorders. Call 410- 955-5439.

LOCATION: The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center

Addiction Treatment Services (ATS) - a comprehensive treatment center offering standard outpatient care, and intensive outpatient care including treatment for dual-diagnosis patients.

Addictions in Adolescence (CODA) - substance abuse and mental health services to youth and young adults between the ages of 14 and 22.

Behavioral Pharmacology Research Unit (BPRU)- a residential research unit and outpatient treatment/research clinic that is part of a broad-based research program conducting human laboratory and clinical treatment research.

Buprenorphine Treatment - 410-550-2999

Center for Addiction and Pregnancy (CAP) - an outpatient and residential program providing a comprehensive, coordinated, and multidisciplinary approach to drug-dependent pregnant women (including post partum) as well as pediatric services. 

Center for Learning and Health (CLH) - a research unit dedicated to developing and testing innovative employment-based interventions to reduce drug addiction.

Chemical Dependence Unit - 410-550-1910 (inpatient); 410-550-1258 (outpatient)

Cornerstone - an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment center providing non-pharmacological treatment for Baltimore City adults.

Mental Illness and Substance Abuse Program - offers inpatient detoxification, assessment and transition services to individuals suffering from both substance use disorders and other psychiatric illnesses.
