Geriatric Psychiatry Clinic

at the Johns Hopkins Hospital

The Geriatric Psychiatry Clinic offers individualized psychiatric assessment and outpatient treatment to patients aged 60 years and older. Disorders treated include mood disorders, dementia, schizophreniform disorder, personality disorders, anxiety disorders,adjustment disorders, and substance use disorders.

The clinic is located at 550 Broadway Street on the Johns Hopkins Hospital Campus and is held on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. The clinic offers psychiatric treatment to patients after discharge from a hospital, evaluates new patients for continued follow-up or second opinion, and provides ongoing psychiatric care.

The clinic is staffed by psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses providing individual and group therapy. Referrals are accepted from physicians. Self-referrals are welcome.
