Director of Education and Training: Patrick Kelly, M.D.
Dr. Kelly was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He received his B.S. in Biology from Tufts University and his M.D. from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He subsequently completed an joint internship in Medicine and Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins Bayview campus and his general psychiatry residency here at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He went on to complete his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry residency also at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He has been on faculty since 2010, initially serving as the Director of the Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Service, otherwise known as the Child and Adolescent Medical Psychiatry (CAMP) program. He became Director of Education and Training in the Division and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2012. His research and professional interests are diverse and include pediatric delirium, personality disorder development in children and adolescents, and medical student/resident education.
