He explained everything in a very clear, concise, and understandable manner. He did not gloss over the possibility that this could while remote be cancer. He explained the surgery procedure and reviewed the CT scan to show what the concern is and how is would be removed and the slight changes needed to ensure pathology receives it as intact as possible to evaluate.

Dr. Duncan actually paid attention to me. He knew my history in detail without referring to chart. I felt heard and safe.
