Erich Wedam is one of the most impressive doctors I have ever met. The fact that we discovered him by pure chance was incredible. He is clearly brilliant but can explain things in a way a [age]-year-old can understand. He is as kind and caring as anyone could ask. We are lucky to have him overlooking my cardiac care.

Dr. Wedam is by far my favorite care provider. He clearly refers to his past notes to know my history and takes time to explain options to me. It's always annoying to visit a care providers office, but Dr. Wedam makes it worth it and I always feel like he truly has my best interests in mind.

Dr. Wedam was very helpful to me. He explained my AFIB diagnosis, made some adjustments and offered suggestions to relieve residual symptoms.

Dr. Wedam was caring and attentive during our first meeting. When my problem reappeared the next day, he was quick to respond through the portal on several occasions and to order a test.

Very thorough and concerned about my health. Understood how my age (96) affects care plan alternatives. Recommended least intrusive options to correct the identified issue.

Erich Wedam is probably the kindest, most personable, helpful, caring doctor the patient or I have encountered in a long time. He is clearly brilliant, but totally down to earth. We are so lucky he happened to be on duty when Mom ended up in the hospital with a serious heart issue. She is in her 90s and very deaf and he makes sure she hears and understands everything. We are so grateful to have him as an integral part of her medical team.

Dr. Wedam is the BEST.

Very difficult to get appointments, very long time to schedule an appointment with a doctor, takes months. This is very poor with a Johns Hopkins Cardiology practice. On call, emergency/urgent service is very good, but follow up to actually see a doctor after the phone call emergency request is very bad, unless there is a rare cancellation. Scheduling is the biggest problem, despite many doctors at the practice. This includes long wait times just to speak to a scheduler for an appointment. This is very poor for a cardiology practice.

Took time to explain everything to me and followed up with a plan of action.

Dr Wedam seemed to understand what I am concerned about and more importantly, asked enough questions to get an understanding of the overall situation.
