Dr. Smitha V. Gollamudi is a radiation oncologist at Sibley Memorial Hospital, as well as an assistant professor of radiation oncology and molecular radiation sciences at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She is board certified in radiation oncology and practices out of Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Gollamudi has an expertise in treating a range of malignancies, especially breast cancer, gynecologic cancers and lymphoma.
Dr. Gollamudi earned her medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine and completed a residency in radiation oncology at the Joint Center for Radiation Therapy of Harvard Medical School. She previously worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Monmouth Medical Center, where she was chair of the radiation oncology department and developed the stereotactic radiosurgery and IMRT programs.
Dr. Gollamudi has published in various peer-reviewed journals and has been an invited speaker and member of professional boards.
