Use of imaging techniques to predict response to treatment, improve clinical outcomes and minimize toxicity
Dr. Agbahiwe sees all oncology patients and his particular interest is in the use of image-guided radiation therapy in management. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and has published peer-reviewed articles, book chapters and presented his research at national meetings. His research focuses on the use of imaging techniques to predict response to treatment, improve clinical outcomes and minimize toxicity. Dr. Agbahiwe was the recipient of a Young Investigator Award from the Johns Hopkins Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences and the RSNA Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award.
