Dr Kashima is an extraordinary person and doctor. He is kind, perceptive, expert, practical, and down to earth. I trust him completely. After terrible experiences with other JHU otolaryngologists who were snooty and negligent, I wouldn't trade Dr. Kashima for anyone. Bless him!
