Amanda is top notch in her field and has exemplary communication skills and EQ. She's warm, competent and calming, and the reason I switched from Mercy to Hopkins. She squeezed me into her clinic hours, and then she squeezed me into her surgery schedule at the end of the year. She responds to MyChart and returns calls personally even if it's at night or on the weekend. She sets expectations, manages expectations, closes the loop, and makes sure that everyone Is in synch. And she has the BEST surgery team I've ever heard about.
