Dr. Smith was professional and courteous and addressed my immediate concern. However, she didn't enquire if I had any further concerns. I felt she didn't really engage me as a person. A smile would have been nice and a little more eye contact. She spent a lot of the time looking at the computer. In all fairness, it was late Friday afternoon and I'm sure she was tired at the end of a long day and a long week.

Appointment was delayed due to emergency surgery - no problem for me

Dr, Armine Smith is superb. Although I had to wait an hour before she appeared, her expertise is worth it for me. She was not satisfied with my CT scan report but insisted on seeing the disc herself, and had a radiologist re-read it as a second opinion.She is also having me undergo a nuclear scan for further verification of my kidney problem. I am very happy that I went to see her Instead of any other urologist.

I saw the doctor 47 minutes after my appointment time. She was brief with me and walking out of the room as I asked her questions. Consider not overscheduling her, so that she can offer on-time and personal care instead of assembly line McMedicine care

Meeting was very delayed (at least 30 minutes) but no one came on line to explain that. I had to call the office to ask if the dr would still be coming on line and to check that I had not been forgotten.
