This was my first visit with Dr Hwang. My original doctor changed her practice location. Dr Hwang was very courteous and professional. He explained everything in terms that I understood. I initiated a question via My Chart and it was answered the very next day. A follow up to that question and Dr Hwang called me personally to follow up and set up blood test. I am very thankful and impressed.

This provider was not exactly the type of doctor I should have seen

Friendly, attentive, seemed very competent and informed

I don't trust doctor's easily as I have had more than my fair share of bad experiences, some that have resulted in permanent injury. Dr Whang has restored my faith and I am confident in his ability to help me. He appears to genuinely care about his patients and goes above and beyond. Even calling from an overseas country while on vacation, because I had landed in ER!
