Anna O. Orlova, Ph.D.
Joint Appointment in Health Sciences Informatics
Dr. Anna Orlova is a visiting professor of health sciences informatics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and an associate of health policy and management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Dr. Orlova earned her Ph.D. from Moscow State University. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins, she worked on the Kennedy Krieger Institute's Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, which links and integrates health information systems related to lead poisoning and environmental causes.
She serves as the senior director of standards for the American Health Information Management Association.
