Biography

Dr. Jin Hui Joo is an assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She specializes in adult psychiatry, with particular focus on the diagnosis and treatment of late-life depression and the management of dementia.

Dr. Joo received her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2004. She completed a residency in psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania Health System School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 2008, and later conducted a fellowship in psychiatry there.

She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
