Virginia Colliver, M.D., F.A.C.C., received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Colliver is board certified in cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine. Her special interests include general and preventive cardiology, heart disease in women, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Colliver has been recognized as one of the area’s “Top Doctors” several times by Washingtonian magazine. She was most recently honored in 2014.
