Dr. Pacheco is engaged when listening to information provided: using eye contact, professional tone, and taking the time to notate records accordingly. He answered questions and gives feedback on options to address the problem. One opportunity for improvement could be that he does talk very fast so sometimes I miss some of what he says.

The doctor was excellent, understanding my issue, his procedures were excellent and not painful, but, he did not tell me what he saw in my right ear. My right ear was painful, and I was anxious to know what he saw, but he never said anything.
