My biggest concern was waiting 45 minutes until I was called and then waiting another 30 minutes until I saw my doctor.

Dr. Strain is an excellent primary care physician. She even called me personally to discuss my abnormal lab results. She is thorough and shows concern for your health and provides follow up care and recommendations to other specialists when required.

Dr. Strain is a very good physician. However, it's difficult to get an appointment with her and she often does not respond to emails.

Been my provider for several years. This was a good visit.

I am very pleased with the health services in JH clinic. Dr. Strain is our family doctor and we are very comfortable with her and trust her skills as a physician.

My provider was incredible. Once I finally got back to see her. I was in a very bad mood considering I missed 3 + hours of work for this appointment, but it had to be done.
