Professional, personable, and efficient with time during consultation. Dr. Bydon ordered an EMG before making a surgical recommendation. He explained his thought process in deferring his likely surgical plan until I have my carpal tunnel, identified in the EMG, addressed. I was given a referral to a hand surgeon. I know if another hand surgeon locally but will follow Dr. Bydon's recommendation because I trust his judgement.

He definitely knew what he was talking about. He was direct and strait to the point as he came in the room. He did ask if I had any questions but with enormous amount of information he had just given me couldn't be processed that quickly to have a question.

Dr. Bydon is an absolute peach! Great bedside manner. Extremely knowledgeable and offered an excellent plan of care.

Dr. Bydon was well prepared for my visit and showed great care and compassion. Identified other issues, Gave a surgical opinion, made a referral but did not address any "next step" for presenting complaint. I asked, made a suggestion for care, provider agreed but did not assist and left me to schedule the next step appt. Which was 3 weeks ago. Another physician reviewed a subsequent imaging and said he'd ask for Dr. Bydon s review. Haven't heard from Dr. Bydon

Dr Bydon is extremely knowledgeable about spinal issues, he did very well explaining my condition, why he recommended the surgical procedure he would use to treat me, what risks I would be facing, as well as the likelihood of me experiencing said complications. He was also very reassuring that the surgical procedure would find me with an 80-90 percent reduction in the current pain I'm experiencing due to my condition.

Showed compassion and was very Sympathetic to my needs.

Excellent Congenial and highly knowledgeable

Dr. Bydon is the best neurosurgeon with whom I have been under care for the past several years. He is always available to answer my questions and when more compression fractures occur in my back, he is quick to get me scheduled for MRIs and office appointments.

Dr. Bydon made sure he answered my questions about the surgery he recommended AND those of my daughter on FaceTime and the friend accompanying me in person. He was clear, decisive and respectful.

Dr. Bydon was terrific. We were informed he'd be about 10 minutes late but, since he had to go to the hospital, we knew it would be longer. He was about 30 minutes late, but we figured that would happen.
