Dr Pitha is very profane knowledgeable about glaucoma.

I asked Dr. Pitha whether JHU studied wildlife as part of an effort to better understand eyesight for humans. He was receptive to the question and indicated that although Hopkins did not pursue this topic other universities did.

He was at giving me the information that I needed. G

Very good overall. Did not know that the right eye was to be worked on at this visit. My hearing loss in my right ear due to my Menieer's disease, and low battery in the hearing aid at my previous visit, definitely contributed to my misunderstanding. The eye pressure readings for my glaucoma were both at 14. So, it appears I may not need the procedure for the right ear. Will soon get glaucoma readings retaken. Just to be sure.

He was compassionate in verbalizing & empathizing with the situation regarding my psychological profile & my need for a new type of treatment, immediately.
