Dr. Erik A. Hasenboehler is an assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He specializes in the treatment of long bone fractures,
upper extremity fractures, and
pelvic and acetabular fractures.
Dr. Hasenboehler received his M.D. from the University of Bern, Switzerland, in 1999. After residencies in orthopaedic surgery in Lugano and Luzern, he completed a third residency in general and orthopaedic trauma surgery in Samedan in 2008. He then completed a fellowship in orthopaedic surgery in Golden, Colorado, and another fellowship in acute care surgery, trauma and surgical critical care at The University of Kentucky School of Health Sciences in 2011.
Dr. Hasenboehler joined the Johns Hopkins faculty in 2012.
