Erik Hasenboehler, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery / Division of Adult and Trauma Surgery at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
Specializing in orthopaedic trauma, Dr. Hasenboehler sees and treats all adult long bone fractures, simple and complex peri-articular fractures, pelvis and acetabular fracture, and patients with politrauma. He also performs traumatic hip replacements and treats non-unions, malunion and bone infections related to fractures. He has research interests related to fracture care, outcome and treatment.
Dr. Hasenboehler is amember of the Orthopaedic Trauma Society, the Eastern Association for Trauma Surgery and the Swiss Trauma Society. He is a faculty member of the prestigious international trauma society AO International and AO-North American Chapter.
