Kind, compassionate, intellectually curious about my complex condition, and looked beyond the obvious for solutions to treat me when standard options were not available. Fantastic.

I had a mild sense that she felt a bit rushed or perhaps distracted. This was my first visit with her, so that may simply have been an unrealistic expectation on my part after waiting many months to get an appointment.

The cardiologist was very warm, caring, compassionate and listened intently! She made great eye contact, showed great empathy and was very thorough in asking questions and entering all of my family history as well as my medical history. I did not feel rushed and she explained the next course of action very well.

My care by the physician's assistant (BP. EKG, etc.) was on time but the doctor was 15 minutes late. But she began the visit with a very convincing apology and explanation for the delay. That was EXTREMELY impressive and vary rare courtesy extended to patients!!!
