Dr Santhanam listened very carefully; he explained my medical issues, test results, and the next steps in my treatment plan very clearly; and he has a great "bedside manner". He also answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. He is also very responsive over email. I feel my care from Dr Santhanam has been excellent. I am beyond appreciative of Dr Santhanam and everyone at Johns Hopkins BMO.
