Background

Dr. Wooten is a board certified radiologist who subspecializes in Women’s Imaging.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology from University of Maryland at College Park in 2004 followed by a Doctor of Medicine and Master of Health Administration dual degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2009.  She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at University of Maryland Medical Center in 2014 and a fellowship in Breast Imaging at Mercy Medical Center in 2015.  She joins Johns Hopkins from her current position as a staff radiologist at Howard County General Hospital.  She specializes in all aspects of breast imaging including mammography, tomosynthesis, breast MRI, and image-guided breast procedures.
