My provider was caring, a great listener and quite thorough with questions and details regarding my concerns.

For years I have been searching for a surgical dermatology to excise a sebaceous cyst in my lower back that keeps reoccurring and irritated, Dr. Chien was the only one that listen to me and schedule Surgery to remove the cyst.

They asked me about my reason for visit and did an excellent job of explaining my options and moving forward with the in-house procedure. They ordered a biopsy of the growth that was removed and I received the results through the portal two days later. This was my first time seeing this physician at this practice. I will request her again in the future.

It can be very difficult to schedule annual appointment with this clinic even many months out. Was thankful to be able to get an appointment due to another patient's cancellation. I did not see my usual physician on this visit, but feel comfortable and pleased with the care that I have gotten from all Doctors I have seen in this clinic, including Dr. Chien.

This was my first visit with provider so one question regarding how long it had been since my last visit did not apply. Equally difficult to state how long it took to get results of tests (biopsy) could not be answered as it has only been 2 days since the visit.
