Dr. Ryan Tedford is a cardiologist in the Johns Hopkins Medicine Division of Cardiology with expertise in helping heart failure and heart transplant patients. He is also an assistant professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
Dr. Tedford graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and received his medical degree Alpha Omega Alpha from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He completed his medical residency at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Tedford pursued fellowships in internal medicine and cardiology, both at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Between fellowships, he served as the assistant chief of service for the department of medicine.
Dr. Tedford’s research interests include cardiomyopathy, heart assist devices and cardiac arrhythmias.
