          I am so grateful for my provider if it had not been for her caring about me as a patient I would not have gotten the outcome from my prior treatment from.another provider she directed me to see another provider that helped me to get better treatment and corrected my situation

          Dr Jacobs took the time to explain all aspects concerning my health and the plan moving forward. All my questions were answered and I was put at ease with my shared care plan. Dr Jacobs took whatever time was needed to ensure I was in a good place mentally and emotionally before the appointment was over.
