I have no doubt that my provider is highly competent and respected. I do, however, have reservations about the quality of my visit. My appointment was for a second opinion and all of the information that I sent through certified mail, was not made available to him or put in the system so he had no past history to go by and therefore the appointment was a mostly a waste of time. He did offer some insight into my issue, but just in a conversational manner. As a new patient, I was expecting him to have reviewed all of my pass records, test results and x-rays before hand so that he know exactly why I was there.
