Dr. Schon is the best. He has cared for my eyes for many years. My issue was with the appointment desk. When I arrived, I was lied to and told I was late for my appointment. I was told my appointment "Was not in the system" after I was told, "I was late". How can I be late for an appointment that was not in the system? I was rescheduled for the next day. I do not miss appointments and hate to have someone waste my time!

Reassured me nothing major was wrong. Keep me calm for testing. Excellent doctor!

Dr. Schoen is a very knowledgeable opthomologist and has always given me a thorough eye exam each time I've been seen by him. He listens to any concerns I may have and addresses them in a way I can understand. He takes his time with me and never makes me feel rushed. He makes me feel that I am important to him as a patient and he gives me spectacular care. I wish all of my doctors were as thorough, patient, kind, and knowledge as him. Dr. Schoen did not appear to have prepared for my appointment. He asked what my prior eye doctor did during her visits and when I told him, he said "okey-dokey, I can do that. He was a very nice person, but I did not feel that I had the same level of care and as good an exam as I have had in the past. I will seek another eye doctor at Wilner for my next visit.

He has a personality disorder. He constantly talks about himself. He constantly apologizes. I leave feeling like his therapist. He also did one test twice within minutes forgetting that he had already done it.

Dr Schoen is excellent. He provides excellent care.
