I was very pleased with Dr Han's explanation of treatment options, his insistent to review prior results of my treatment at another state hospital, and overall conversation about my age, lifestyle, hopes, etc. [name] was also excellent in calling me before the appointment and having all information available at time of visit.

Dr Han seemed a bit rushed throughout my visit, but wasted some time on irrelevant topics that he brought up himself (public health issues with deferred PSA tests, kidney stones). He was impatient with some questions. I was not as well organized as I should have been, but in my defense I was stressed by the overall situation. After talking with me for about 20-25 minutes, he abruptly said that he had 4 or 5 patients waiting and needed to move on. My appt started on time, so I don't know how Dr. Han could have had 4 or 5 patients waiting at the end of 25 minutes. How much time had been allocated for this visit?

I had a bad experience with a different urologist before, so coming to Dr. Han was amazing. My mother in law and I were blown away by the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the office and team during my appointment.

The provider seemed very knowledgeable and good at explaining the condition and the prognosis. He expressed with confidence that I will be fine, and there was no need to worry about anything, as the condition would not progress to any damage, which was very relieving.

Dr. Han was very candid and professional as he answered all of our questions.
