Background
Michael Crocetti, M.D., M.P.H., is a pediatrician at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Canton Crossing. He also serves as chief of pediatrics for Johns Hopkins Community Physicians and is an assistant professor in the Department of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the The Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.
Dr. Crocetti received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He completed his residency in the Department of Pediatrics at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and masters of public health at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Crocetti's clinical care interests include inpatient-related topics such as utilization of observation status beds for the care of patients needing more than 24 hours of observation and the care and management of infants with neonatal abstinence syndrome. Also interested in pediatric resident education concentrating on the continuity clinic experience.
