I met with Dr. Cosgarea directly and he was very professional and helpful for me. He has arranged for physical therapy, a follow up appointment, and a recommendation if therapy is not successful.

Dr. Cosgarea drilled down on my history, assessed condition, confirmed via X-rays, then prescribed therapy to address diagnosed OA in both knees. Appreciate his direct approach and steering conversation to minimize superfluous data.

Dr. Cosgarea listened to my concerns and wishes. He did not immediately push me to surgery for a torn ACL and 4 months after the accident, I am able to perform daily activities without the surgery. He also informed me that I would need to be careful with the injured knee and, if future issues arise, to contact him. He seems to be a very caring and supportive doctor.

Dr Cosgarea is a wonderful surgeon and he repaired my rotator cuff 20 years ago. I returned to him in April due to pain in my shoulder. I was referred to PT and that fixed the problem I was having.

Dr. Cosgarea was very thorough in his evaluation and treatment options of my issues related to a sport's injury. His expertise was quite apparent and he payed attention to the particulars of my work life and made some treatment suggestions accordingly.
