Dr McFarland is easy to communicate on my reverse shoulder replacement care. I have tried PT for 2-3 months. There is a big difference of opinion between Dr McFarland and my PT clinic. This leaves me vulnerable to incorrect PT exercises. Communication with the PT clinic could be improved. Understanding why my PT needed to be different would have helped. Otherwise I am happy with my outcome. I am glad Dr McFarland and fellow Dr [ ] treated me.

As I reflect back over 5 years ago when Dr. McFarland began to treat me; I was pleased with his plan of treatment for my very bad shoulder. He did not hesitate to order a battery of diagnostic tests. My shoulder was fully evaluated before surgery was scheduled. Dr. McFarland's orthopedic experience, acumen, skill and precision in the operating room securely places him on the top tier of upper extremity experts.

I felt that Dr. McFarland was very easy to speak with. He listened to my concerns and addressed them with follow-up care.

The medical assistant that helped me in the beginning of the visit was excellent. She was very friendly and personable. Dr. McFarland and Dr. Pressman were excellent!! They explained everything to me in detail, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. McFarland Is The Best! He loves what he does and it shows. Every year my job sends me to get updated paperwork' and Dr. McFarland fills it out with no problem. NO ONE enjoys the paperwork but he never complains about it!!! I've been a patient of his for about 10 years now and I refer everyone I can to get the exceptional care I have experienced.

Dr. McFarland was excellent in pinpointing the exact location of my pain , and knew just where to give the steroid injection. The pain went away within 10 minutes,and full mobility acme back in three days.

Dr MacFarland is an exceptional provider. He explained my shoulder imaging and where my joints were damaged. He did a thorough exam of both my shoulders to see how much range of motion I had. He noted with me when my joints went "crunch crunch". He explained how much range of motion I will have when the surgery is over. He was very reassuring. He also explained what he saw with my shoulder to the medical student present so he is a good teacher too. I trust him to do my surgery in August.
