I feel to me that back surgery is the scariest surgery of all surgeries. He is totally invested in what he does and so willing to share his expertise and knowledge to other doctors that has the same drive as he does to help other people to make their lives better.Dr. Cohen is so selfless of his time and his extreme intelligence to help as many patients.

This man has zero interest in my care, the pain I have, or figuring out a solution to my pain or what the cause is. I have never had a doctor so blatantly care less. He is rude, and curt. I have a test that was scheduled through his NP before my visit. I asked if he would get back to me with the results. I was told to call his office, and that he wouldn't get the results. I would have been better off not going to this appointment. After my test I will be looking for a new doctor.

He is the first doctor that knew why my back was hurting.

My provider did a good job explaining my condition & was extremely thorough. However, he was very sensitive about my issues regarding my weight. The manner of which he approach that issue was the main complaint I had. Also, it would have a nice for him to introduce his assistant, who is in the room, taking notes of the visit.

The doctor was knowledgeable, respectful, and understood how TBIs interact with balance. He's the best ortho doc I've seen. I've been seeing ortho docs through the Army and VA and they normally spend 5 minutes with you and try to push medications for pain management. I appreciate the approach to try other injections and get an updated MRI.
